Peope are allowed to get close to see the waterfront and changes of the tide. In low tide, people can see the aquatic species in the intertidal zone attaching on the woodpiles.

During high tide, People walks on the boardwalk on the resilient landscape waterfront. During low tide, the landscape is free for walking on ground.
