Your typical day (although no two are the same....
1. CUSTOMER JOURNEY: You’ll review overnight messages from the sales team and prepare sample packs and brochures. You will then check the progress of current orders and update our customers
2. DESIGN: You will work with the Design team using the CAD system, preparing and applying stencils to the glass for decoration
3. LOGISTICS: You will help plan routes for deliveries using Google Maps and schedule in the system
4. PRODUCTION: You will assist the production team in polishing the edges of a mirror
5. AI: You will test AI tools, using current technology to help automate and document our systems
6. LEARNING: You’ll gain course accreditations along the way, working towards an NVQ qualification *
