Over time, he has become a veteran business aviation pilot whose career began in rural Pennsylvania and grew into a global path across the Americas, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia, and South America. His experience spans regional operations and large-scale international corporate assignments, building a record of versatility and technical strength in business aviation. His progression from local flying to advanced jet operations reflects both persistence and adaptability. Proficient in seaplanes, Caravan Amphibians, and complex corporate aircraft, he continues to refine his skills while helping younger pilots. His work has included flight instruction, demonstration flying, and global corporate missions, creating a professional life that blends training and mentorship with high-level business aviation operations. Eric’s introduction to aviation came through his family farm in Pennsylvania. His father and uncle owned a Cessna 170, kept on a closed paved road through their property. This exposure gave him early hands-on time around airplanes, shaping his lifelong interest in flying. Beyond aviation, he gained experience in agricultural partnerships, retailing farm products, and early direct-to-consumer food ventures. After high school, he joined Youth with a Mission, where he taught English in Hong Kong, before returning to assist with family responsibilities. Later, he earned a degree in Business and Management Information Systems from Anderson University in Indiana, equipping him with knowledge that supported his future business and aviation career. After graduation, Eric and his parents acquired a 37-room lakeside resort in Florida, complete with a golf course, banquet facilities, and a restaurant, while managing weddings, events, and day-to-day resort operations.
